Pre-sale Consultation
We will schedule an appointment at your property, evaluate your home and provide a suitable package recommendation for your situation.
Whether we work with some of your own furniture items, hire some additional furniture or hire the whole lot - furniture, artwork, linen, accessories and decor.
Your initial in-home consultation is obligation free.
Declutter
PACKAGE
For homes that have their own furniture but need our property stylist to rearrange and restyle to create an improved visual appeal for potential buyers. This can also require additional furniture items to be hired to enhance your property.
Occupied / Partial Styling
PACKAGE
For vendors that will be living in the home during the sale campaign. We work with some of your furniture but introduce more suitable hired furniture items to maximise the visual appeal of the property.
Vacant / Full Styling
PACKAGE
For properties that are empty and unappealing. We bring either one bedroom or the whole house of furniture, artwork, linen, accessories and decor, and is professionally property styled to suit.We create the visual ambience where no imagination is needed from potential buyers.

All packages are all customised and tailored to suit, creating a beautifully style property that will inspire potential buyers.

Packages are hired for an initial 6 week campaign plus 2 weeks free and can be extended on a week by week basis ongoing.
